Start a Conversation on Your Feedback Item
When you receive feedback you can start a conversation to thank the feedback giver, ask for clarity or a 1:1 meeting.
If the feedback you gave or received was anonymous, your conversation will also be anonymous.
Tip: Check the Privacy Notes of your Feedback in the Praise / Tip screen
Start a Conversation
You can start a conversation by clicking the text bubble under your feedback item.
You can refer back to your conversations by clicking on the 'Conversations' tab from the left-hand menu.
