As a manager, it's beneficial to know the last time you've provided recognition or constructive feedback. This tracking helps you to stay on top of your coaching duties and also makes sure everyone on your team receives feedback when they need it most.

On mobile (iOs and android - get the apps if you don't have them yet!), we have an overview page of your direct reports in the People page. In this section, you can interact with your team and easily see the last time you gave feedback to your direct reports. This will help you to understand who might be at risk due to lack of guidance and recognition.
