If you have forgotten your password, or you would like to set a new password, you can reset it by following these steps:
- In a web browser, go to the Impraise Sign-in page. Click the "Recover password" button;
- On the next page, enter your email address and, select "Send the instructions". Within minutes we will send an email with the instructions on how to reset your password;
- Check your email account for email with subject "Reset your Impraise account password";
- Open the email and follow the instructions.
It might take a few minutes for the email to arrive. Please, wait for it and do not request another one. If you do not receive an email at all, reach out to us!
Note: if your company uses a Single Sign-On (SSO) method, you will have to change password on your organizations intranet.
