It is possible to change the labels and colours of your rating scale or adjust the number of points in your scale. Read more about these options below. 

Adjust the labels and colours of your rating scale

As an admin, you can adjust the labels and colours of your current rating scale. You can adjust these under Organization Settings -> Feedback Settings:

Once you have made and saved your changes, the new labels and/or colours will also reflect on your past reviews.

Change the number of points of your scale

It is possible to change the number of points in your rating scale ie from a 5 point scale to a 7 point scale. In order to make sure the rating in the previous scale indicates the intended rating in the new scale, we have to remap previous ratings for your environment.

For example, if you want to change from a scale from 1 to 5 to a scale of 1 to 7, the rating 5, which was previously the highest rating, will become 7, and will be overwritten in any previous feedback when 5 was selected.
