One of the most important factors of launching a review or survey is tracking its progress. Impraise allows you to do so in multiple ways and export necessary information for you to manage the review progress outside of the tool.

Notifications and Reminders

When you launch a review an initial email and/or push notification will be sent alerting every participant of what action that are tasked with. A notification will also be sent when the review ends and reports are shared.

However, admins can configure other notifications or review reminders to be sent while the review is ongoing, and even manually send reminder alerts to participants.

To setup default review reminders, on the Schedule page of your review enter in a start date and end date.

The system will select a default of 48, 24, and 4 hours reminders to be sent to review participants that have not completed their review nearing the deadline. Simply check or uncheck the options available.

Manual review reminders can also be sent to a reviewer who has not started, has only drafted or has only partially submitted their reviews. This reminder can be sent individually or in mass, and only when the review is in an ongoing state.

To send a manual reminder:

  • Go to the review Progress page.
  • Click Send Reminders in the upper right corner, or any blue status bars.
  • In the upper right corner, click the Remind option
  • On the left, check the individuals whom reminders should be sent to.

Impraise will send the reminder notifications immediately.

View review progress in real-time

Use the Progress page to keep up to date on your review in real-time.

You can see how many users have:

  • Submitted / Did not submit Reviewer Selection
  • Submitted / Did not submit Manager Approval
  • Submitted / Did not submit Self-assessment
  • Drafted / Partially Submitted / Not started / Submitted Peer, Manager, and/or Leadership review
  • Has / Has not received feedback.

You can refine the status graphs on the progress page using the Filter icon, in the upper left corner. You can filter by any custom attribute you have added into the system, and the status graphs below will automatically update based on the current progression of the review.

Please see an example file attached here.

View the Ratings Distribution

If you have questions/topics in your review that either have a rating scale or drop-down response method a distribution of the ratings will be listed in a bar graph. To view this go to the Analytics page of your review.

Here you will see all rated questions, how many users have responded to this question, and what are the amounts associated with each rating. You can also refine the ratings bar graphs on the analytics page using the Filter icon, in the upper left corner. You can filter by any custom attribute you have added into the system, and the graphs below will automatically update based on the current responses received in the review.
