Easily convert your Impraise CSV export into an Excel file or Google Sheet.

Convert your CSV export into a Google Sheet

First, generate and download your export from Impraise. Next, you will need to:

  • Open Google Drive.
  • Click “New” in the upper left corner.
  • Choose File Upload.
  • Locate and select the document in your File Manager or Finder.
  • Click open.
  • The file will download in the lower right corner.
  • Select the file and choose Open with Google Sheets.

The file will open in Google Sheets.

Convert your CSV export into an Excel file

First, generate and download your export from Impraise. Next, you will need to:

  • Locate the document in your File Manager or Finder.
  • Right-click the export to open a file access menu.
  • Hover your mouse over the “Open With” bar.
  • Select Microsoft Excel in the extended drop-down menu.

To split the data into separate columns:

  • First save your Excel document as a .xlsx (Excel workbook) 
  • Highlight Column A 
  • Select 'Data' from the top menu
  • as Select 'Text to Columns' from the Data menu

This will open the Text Import Wizard:

  • Select 'Delimited
  • Select Unicode (UTF - 8) from the drop-down list next to File origin
  • Click Next 
  • Under Delimiters, check the box next to 'Comma'. You will see a preview of what the data will look like
  • Click Next
  • Click Finish
  • A pop-up box will ask where you want the data, select New Sheet
