Have you changed your mind on which colleagues you would like feedback from in a peer review?
You can find and edit your reviewer selection before the reviewer selection deadline by following these steps:
- Click on your 'Select Reviewers' task, under Completed Tasks on your Tasks page
- Click 'Edit'
- Delete a reviewer by clicking the 'X' next to their name
- Add a reviewer by clicking 'Add person' and typing their name into the search bar
Once you are happy with your selected reviewers click 'Submit' or 'Submit for approval' if the manager approval stage has been activated.
Your selected reviewers will receive an email notification inviting them to give you feedback, once the feedback stage of the review begins.
If the 'Reviewer Selection' and 'Manager Approval' stage of the review have finished and you'd like to add reviewers, reach out to your People Team.
