There are 3 ways of adding your users to Impraise:
1. SFTP (recommended for medium organizations/ enterprises)
Integrate your HR system with Impraise, to automatically sync your employees with Impraise. If you want to explore if this is possible, read the requirements and instructions which you can share with IT below
Tip: if you use SFTP, the two options below cannot be used as SFTP will overwrite any changes made.
2. CSV uploads (recommended for small/medium organizations)
Upload your user base with a CSV import directly in Impraise. Click the link for instructions and a template for the upload.
3. Manual updates (recommended for small organizations)
Individual users can be added/ deactivated/ changed manually by any admin via user management in Impraise.
