A good review is defined by the quality of the questions. You can use your own questions, pick from the example questions below, or make a combination. Make your decision for the questions based on the goals you’re trying to achieve with Impraise (E.g. A performance check-in will result in frequent alignment between manager. A peer review will improve development across the organization.)
