Create accountability, focus, and alignment across your team by creating and linking Team Goals with Personal Goals. 


You can link the goals in two different ways.

  1. Linking your personal business goal to a team goal
  2. Assigning yourself or be assigned by your peers or manager from the team goal

Linking your personal business goal to a team goal

When you are creating a new personal business goal you have the option to choose a team goal you would like to link your goal to. 

Note: You cannot link an already created personal goal to a team goal. It is also not possible to link a personal development goal to a team goal.

Assigning yourself or be assigned by your peers or manager from the team goal

For already created or when creating a new team goal, you can assign (or be assigned) the milestones to your team members. Which will then create a new personal business goal for that team member. The assignee will receive an email notification that they have been assigned a milestone. 

Note: It is not possible to add an existing personal goal as a milestone.

Tip: Anyone in the team can create and edit a team goal (including assigning milestones).
