You will have different access to Goals and OKRs depending on your role within Impraise and the type of goal or objective. In this article, we will go over the different levels per role so that you can better understand what you can and can't do.

There are three different access levels for Goals and OKRs. Each access level has its own visibility and editing rights.

Visibility

Visibility rights are the ability to view the goal or objective in Impraise, either on an individual's People page or on the Goals and OKRs overview (team or organization objectives only).

If a goal or objective is visible to someone, they can see the details, description, milestones or key-results, notes, and the activity log.

Editing

Editing rights are the ability to edit a goal or OKR within Impraise. This includes the following actions:

  • create a goal or an objective;
  • update a goal or an objective;
  • delete a goal or objective;
  • close or reopen a goal or objective;
  • complete a goal, end an objective;
  • link an objective to a Team or Organization objective or key-result;
  • create and edit milestones or key results;
  • create and edit notes;
  • and add or remove contributors.
