Why should you use the Objectives Tracker Practice?
Get a quick overview of how the whole team is doing in one place. Simply set Objectives and Key Results for your team, and then use the dashboard to track how they are progressing. Insights are offered and actions are suggested to either help improve or to help celebrate progress.
How does it work?
Step 1: Set OKRs for your team
Make sure that your direct reports have OKRs in addition to any team-level OKRs.
Step 2: Set up practice to track OKR progress
Set your OKR practices to repeat each cycle – quarterly or (semi-)annually.
Step 3: The OKR dashboard is updated live
We’ll automatically track the progress of each OKR practice you set up, letting you know what’s on-track, off-track, or at-risk.
Step 4: Take action
Are some of your team’s objectives off-track or at-risk? Take action straight from the dashboard to, for example, send team members reminders.
