Impraise works with various third-parties to offer the best experience possible. We do so always with the utmost care for how your data is handled and processed, and always in compliance with applicable regulations.

US We use Postmark to deliver transactional email, such as notifications about reviews you are participating in, new feedback you received, etc. Emails delivered through Postmark include a tracking pixel allowing us to gather general information about email open rates, as well as which devices are being used to open emails. We use this information exclusively to support feature development and troubleshooting.

US We use Segment to collect and normalise general usage information, such as which pages are being accessed more frequently, which features are more popular, etc. Your Impraise User ID is not sent with this data. Instead, we create a hash that is used segment the data. Segment does not store this data, and is tasked with forwarding to Amplitude, another third-party we work with (see below).

AUS We use Elev.io to support our customer support and help portal. To support some of Elev.io's features around tracking which help pages are accessed, as well as open support tickets through Elev.io, we provide Elev.io with an opaque identifier for a user, in lieu of any personal data.

US We use Google Analytics to track general usage patterns across some of our pages, including time spent in pages, interactions, etc. All of this information is collected and stored anonymously. We are currently phasing out our use of Google Analytics on the Impraise application.

EU We use Batch.com to deliver push notifications for our mobile applications. In order to do this, we provide Batch.com with your mobile device's unique ID, as required by Apple and Google (for iOS and Android, respectively). For analytics purposes, Batch.com also collects for us basic, anonymised usage information, such as the percentage of push notifications that are opened by end users, as well as their general region (as inferred from the IP address, which is collected exclusively for this purpose).
