Organizations such as Google, use a goal-setting format called OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) to create alignment between their Individual, Team and Company objectives. You can read more about OKRs over on the blog.

This article guides you through the practical steps on how to set up OKRs in Impraise.

Organization Objectives and Key Results

Objectives are memorable qualitative descriptions of what you want to achieve. Objectives should be short, inspirational and engaging which motivates and challenges the team.

Key Results are a set of metrics that measure your progress towards the Objective. For each Objective, you should have a set of 2 to 5 Key Results. Any more than this and no one will remember them.

Any Admin user in Impraise can set the Organization OKRs in Impraise. To do so:

  • Click on the Organization tab from the Goals page
  • Click 'Add new goal'
  • Write the Objective in the Goal title
  • Write each Key Results as a Milestone
  • Select the deadline for the Objective
