Impraise uses cookies to enhance your experience and generate faster responses. Cookies are small text files, which your internet browser automatically places on the computer. Cookies are used to assist in collecting information associated with use of the website, such as: which web pages are visited and the duration of a user session.

Sometimes these cookies can get stuck. If you're advised to clear your cookies by one of our support agents, please do the following steps:

In Google Chrome

1. Click on the three dots in the upper-right corner of your screen (1). Find "More tools" and hover over it with your mouse cursor (2). On the menu, that appears to the left, find and click on "Clear browsing data" (3):

2. A new tab will open automatically. On the top portion of this section, a small window will pop up prompting you what kind of browsing data you would like to clear. From the drop-down menu (1) you may choose how far back in time do you want to go with the cleaning. In our case, choose a time period in accordance with when you first started using Impraise. Click the checkbox next to "Cookies and other site and plug-in data" (2). Click on "Clear browsing data" (3):

Mozilla Firefox

1. Click on the three lines on the right-hand side of your screen (1). Find and click on "Options" (2):

2. A new tab will open automatically. Find the "Privacy" tab in the menu on the right (1). Click on "Clear your recent history" (2):

3. A window will pop-up. Select from what time range you want to clear cookies (1). Pick the time when you first started using Impraise, approximately. Mark the "Cookies" checkbox (2) and click on "Clean Now" (3):

Internet Explorer

1. Click on the wheel at the upper-right corner of the screen (1). Hover over "Safety" with your mouse cursor (2) and click on "Delete browsing history" on the menu that appears to the left (3):

2. A window will pop up. Check "Cookies and website data" (1) and click "Delete" (2):

Microsoft Edge

1. Click the Menu button in the top-right corner:

2. Click Settings:

3. Click "Choose what to clear":

4. Tick "Cookies and saved website data" and "Cached data and files" and click "Clear":


1. Click on "Safari", in the upper-right corner, next to the apple sign (1), and click "Preferences..." (2):

2. A window will pop-up. Open the "Privacy" tab (1) and click on "Manage Website Data" (2):

3. Click "Remove all" (1) and "Done" (2):
