Are you trying to reset your password? Did you try many times but no matter what the email never comes in your inbox?

If the answer was yes for the above questions, three things might be causing this:

  1. The steps to trigger the reset password email were not followed correctly.

  2. Your organization is using SSO.

    Your organization is using SSO (Single Sign-On) to ensure a safer log-in process for the employees.

    If your organization is using SSO you will not receive a reset email password as there is no password connected to your account. Please enter your email and click on Sign in. After these two steps, you should be transferred to the SSO page to put your credentials and log in to Impraise.
