Why do you need a Wellbeing Check-in?

As a manager, you are in a unique position to positively influence your team’s wellbeing. Successful teamwork is a marathon, not a sprint - it requires that everyone is motivated and focused but also that they get enough time to rest and recharge. Use this practice to gauge your team’s wellbeing both at work and outside of it to understand where you can offer support.

How does it work?

This practice consists of a ready-to-go questions template that you can share with your team. After your team has filled in their responses, you will get an overview of the results. Lastly, based on the results, there will be a variety of different actions and next steps you can run with your team.

You will be able to see the feedback giver's name in this practice.

Below is the list of questions your team members will be asked to answer using a scale from 1 "Strongly Disagree" to 5 "Strongly Agree":

  1. My work gives me interesting challenges to solve

  2. I find it easy to balance my work and my home life

  3. I have enough interaction with team members

  4. I enjoy what I do every day

  5. I feel healthy and full of energy

  6. I find it easy to switch off when I’m done working
